Happy Good Friday Everyone. I hope that your all enjoying the beauty of this day. We wanted to share this beautiful photo I found the other day, reminding us of such an incredible sacrifice that Jesus gave so that we could live a free life, not held by sin. He did for us what we could never do for ourselves. The unblemished lamb of God becoming the sacrifice for the sin of the past and for all eternity. Its such a wonderful gift! Remember to thank Him this day for truly saving your life! I know I will! I hope you all have a wonderfully blessed day! :)

FLAT BETTY!!!

Last week was so much fun because FLAT BETTY came to visit!
What? You haven't heard of Flat Betty? Well, head on over to her Blog after you read through this post to see what she's all about!

So, Betty's first night in Texas, she came to a traditional texas BBQ, because you just can't come to Texas and not have good BBQ!

The next day, Betty woke up and went straight to work with The Gourmet Momma. We found a awesome recipe for a Spicy ham that we will be making here for Easter! She also hopped on over to Expressive Style Graphics and helped me design more blogs, just like her's! :)

Later that afternoon, she spent some time with Brittany from "Because Britt Says So", and was gushing over how cool her Creative Outlet Skinny Scarf is!
I have to say, I MUST agree! I LOVE the orange! :)

We also had a girls party in our sewing room and stayed up sewing designs for Ragazza Bella until 2:00am! She surfed through all out new designs...!

And picked this patchwork set in the making as her favorite...

But she said she can't wait for this set to be made with Sandi Henderson's Fabric

On Saturday, Betty had a Girls Pampering Day at Libby Lu with Lagan, and had a blast! She just adored Lagan's new pink hair!

Then Betty had to share a photo op with the Gazza Girls!

We had the BEST time with Betty! Thank you so much for coming to visit us!

About a month ago, we had a surge of requests for out patch worked dress called "Toscana".
Can you believe that this listing happened in December, and I am still making customs for these? I think it was a hit! hehe
But I don't mind at all. I love this dress so much!
Well, anyway, getting to the point. A wonderfully talented photographer, Michelle, of Untamed Heart Photography requested one for her beautiful daughter. So she sent me some photos of her in the dress and I just melted over them. So with her permission, I am sharing them with you!

Busy Busy Busy

Hey Everyone! WOW! We are officially terrible bloggers! lol
Everytime I go log in to Gourmet Momma to make a new post, I think that I need to update this blog, but obviously I havn't done that! lol
So I thought I would give an update for everyone!

Lagan is loving life with her missing tooth! And the one next to it is getting looser by the day! So we might have another tooth post soon! :) She just LOVES reading all the comments everyone left for her! So thank you to everyone that did that!
She decided to use her money (along with some stashed away birthday money) to buy a bratz fashion designer kit! Very cool!

We also have several designs ready to list, but we can't list yet because we are overwhelmed with custom orders and ebay orders! So they should be up in the next few weeks! :)

And if you didn't see the expressive style blog, we are patiently waiting for our new computer!
Our old computer's mother board crashed, so we had to get a new one! So it is at the shop right now getting the memory from the old computer put in the new one! I am really hoping it will be back by tomorrow so we can get back to work! This laptop is so slow, its like waiting for Christmas! lol

Until then, I hope everyone has a great week, and we will try to be better bloggers! :)

Toothfairy Time!

That's right! Lagan has lost her FIRST tooth!! She was so excited! The little tooth became wiggly about a week ago, and today it got VERY wiggly, so she asked mommy to pull it! EEEWWW!!! That was totally gross! But she pulled through and only cried after it came out! And now she has a lovely "window" to stick her tongue through, eat mashed potatoes through, and show off to everyone around! We're so proud! hehe

But we had to write a letter to the tooth fairy telling her not to come until TOMORROW because she wants to show her tooth to her class tomorrow! :) The tooth fairy is holding on to a crisp new $5.00 bill! :)

The best gift ever!

So, we all wake up this morning, nothing to do, just sitting around. My sister had called to say she was coming over. So when she opens the door, Lagan is all excited and runs to her shouting "Didi!!!" hehe. Well, we started talking to her and she says..."I ordered you a Christmas present and it just got here, so I want to show you...", so mom and I look at each other confused, and walk to the front door with Brittany. She opens the door, and the BEST gift ever is there!

Now, let me give you some back story as to why this is the BEST gift ever! Scott is a truck driver, so we only see him for one week every six weeks when he is taking a break! So anytime he comes home, its great! Well, we were expecting him home for Christmas, but he didn't make it back because his company didn't give him the right time off. So, we thought he would be here next week....well, he surprised us all by coming home early! He had actually come into town last night and crashed at my sister's place and she brought him home this morning!

You should have seen the look on my mom's face when she saw him standing there in the entry, like she had just seen a ghost!

It was truly the BEST present ever this year, and we couldn't be more happy to have him here for the next few days! Thank you Jesus for sending him home! And thank you to all of our friends and family that prayed he would get here soon! :)

Welcome home Scott! We love you! :)

Sneak Peaks

So as promised in the previous post, we wanted to share some sneak peaks at whats to come for the spring line of Ragazza Bella.

Well, first, this is something we have never done before. Our models from our 2007 line will be Incorporated with our models for 2008 for our Spring line! That means that you will be seeing some new faces, as well as some familiar ones all during spring! :) We also will have some special sets made and modeled by our new group of models for our retail store line......Whoops...did I say that out loud?! :) More on that later...........

So I know we mentioned these two incredible launches we are doing this month, and we couldn't be more pleased to be with such wonderful people with such awesome talent and fun launches!

The first launch we will be doing is with the girls of Dolly Lane! This is an Easter launch that will start on the 14th! :) Check out our sneak peak...yeah! that's all you get! :)

And our second launch will be with the Amazing girls of Vende Mia! We could not be more excited or honored to be launching with this group of ladies! :)

This launch will be on the 22nd!

Yay! We made it to 2008! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

We are so excited about this year and have already started on the newest designs for RBcouture and Ragazza Bebe! What a crazy year 2007 was...we hope 2008 brings just as much joy!

There is so much in the works over here, so you better not blink, or you will miss it! :)

First, we have TWO...that's right, two launches in January! The sneak peaks will be added on here in a minute! We also have new sets on the way to the models, lots of exciting news about the RB brand, and much, much more!

it seems like nothing has been getting done around our house though because we are re-decorating to sell it! Doesn't that seem so odd? You have to completely re-decorate your house to sell it! lol Take down all the photos and add art, repaint, add new furniture, take out the old, etc. It's just total madness! But its finally starting to come together and we rather like it!

So we hope everyone had a great new year, and that this year blesses you and your families as much as it already has blessed ours! :)

We LOOOOOOOVE Fall!!!! Mainly for the BEAUTIFUL handbag selection!

Anyone who knows us, knows we L-O-V-E bags! Especially me (Nikki). I have been obsessing over some of the new Fall lines for bags, and I just think I might have to splurge and treat myself to one of these delectably scrumptious arm candies!

First up is my new LOVE....The Distressed Patent Shoulder bag from Versace.

This bag is totally classic, and can make any girl feel like a princess!

Next is the Miss Silky Leopard-Print Cavallino Satchel by Dolce & Gabbana (one of my FAVE designers).

Isn't it so beautiful and lush?!

And last, but certainly not least...the Quilted Manor Bag from Burberry. Their style is so unique, and just screams classy. I don't carry my Burberry much because its rather small, maybe its time for an upgrade?

Sisters are there, no matter how much time and how many miles are between you.

A girl friend is never farther away than needing her can reach.

When you have to walk that lonesome valley and you have to walk it by yourself,

the women in your life will be on the valley's rim,

cheering you on, praying for you, pulling for you, intervening on your behalf,

and waiting with open arms at the valley's end.

Sometimes, they will even break the rules and walk beside you...

Or come in and carry you out.

Girlfriends, daughters, granddaughters, daughters-in-law, sisters, sisters-in-law, Mothers, Grandmothers, aunties, nieces, cousins, and extended family, all bless our life!

The world wouldn't be the same without women, and neither would I.

When we began this adventure called womanhood,

we had no idea of the incredible joys or sorrows that lay ahead.

Well today was full of firsts. Lagan started Kindergarten, and got her FIRST HAIRCUT!! I cant believe it! Shes growing up way too fast!

Alright, so we have neglected our blog lately! But its all for a good reason!
We have been spending tons of time with Lagan because she starts KINDERGARTEN on Monday! we got to meet her new teacher today, unpack school supplies, and see whats for lunch! hehe
Her student teacher even said, "Wow! Look at your outfit! Its all about the clothes isnt it?!" She even asked if Lagans outfit came in a "Big Girl" size! lol too cute! I wish it was one of ours, but it was just some Target stuff from the "Yes" Brand!

Does Anyone else love this brand as much as we do??!? Gosh! I think its adorable! You can check out all of their stuff here!

I could just buy the ENTIRE fall line from them, and Im sure I will , Lagan just loves their "fashion" as she calls it!

Quite the challnge for someone with such short hair, but I got it! All it took was two clips and 10 min. trying to figure it out! hehe
This style is great for the summer thoughbecause it keeps my hair off my neck and out of my face!

This is the hair accessory I found on Etsy! I love the Green and Brown combo and its reversible! Not to mention a great deal at only $6.00!!

Rain Rain Go away!

Well, its almost the 4th and we are SOAKED here in Texas!

As many of you know, Texas has been getting so much rain that some parts have been declaired disaster areas! This is a pic of one of the lakes here, Town Lake. Its usually about 10 feet lower than it is here. And this photo was taken last week. That little dock on the left hand side is now underwater, and the people that live on the hill (These are 3-7 million dollar homes here people!) are having to re-locate! Just crazy!

So here is hoping that the rain will stop! It was pouring this morning and now the sun is out and shining bright!

uhhh.....Rain, Rain, go away!!!

And we promised we would have some model news, so not to keep anyone in too much anticipation, we will uncover that news! As you all know we did a model search a few months ago, and chose some VERY talented models!

Well, we decided to add another design set to the Fall/Winter '07 line...and in order to do that, we needed yet another model!

So being the AWESOME friend she is, Ms.Lisa of Iza Bella is letting us use beautiful Gia as our Model for this new line!

So Welcome, Miss Gia, to Ragazza Bella! We are so happy to have her!

Day 3......Detailing

Today we added all of the special details we have been collecting for Lagan's room! Its so fun to see it all coming together. We only have to hang the curtains and put up her toy organizer and then we will be DONE!! YAY! hehehe

So here are some photos (so sorry for the poor quality!) of all the deails...first...who can have a "frog princess" room without a frog?!

Her bedside table......used to be natural wood, but we painted it black and distressed it!

This is the lamp from Lagan's Crib Bedding set! Nikki made the lamp shade by wrapping 10 yards of gingham ribbon around it and securing it with hot glue!

And her Eiffel Tower Brittany brought back to her from and antique shop in Paris, Texas.

Nikki made this flower arrangement from Lagan's "Old" room, but it still works, so we kept it!

And the dress form was a steal at Hobby lobby for HALF OFF!! It was only $5.00!!!

This was a vision we had last month and it came true! We just love it! Nikki took the pictures then matted them with scrapbooking paper. Hung on the wall with faux ribbon holders and Iron Bows from the garden section at Hobby Lobby (the large one was $2.50 and the small ones were $1.50!!!)

Brittany gave this to Lagan the other day and we LOVE it so much!

And now for the BIGGEST project in the room! This dresser was YELLOW when we got it!

We painted it a while back for the old "Paris" theme room. Here is its before..........

I just LOVE this stencil! lol It finally broke on me when I was doing this project! Guess I have to spend another $10 bucks to get another one! lol

Day 2..........

Alright! We are half way there!

Day 2 we painted all of the walls in Lagan's room "Bonjour Brown". It is soooo pretty!

Anyway...we started the day by taping (YUCK) and we started paintng with "Ellegant Ecru" or something like that.......well, the result was the SAME color that was already on the walls before, just cleaner! lol
So after a mad dash to the Home Depot, Bonjour Brown was the result!
Here is our three paint colors at once. Number 1 was the original white, Number 2 was the second color of Ecru...then finally number three was the winner! ;)

And it starts.........

Lagans room makeover that is! We decided last month to re-decorate Lagan's room. She had a pink Paris poodle theme going on, and decided that wasn't cool anymore! lol So she saw a comforter at IKEA that she liked. So we bought it, and it has been our theme....."Vintage meets the Frog Prince(cess)" lol
Now this required some funds, so we sold all of hr Paris stuff to a wonderful mom from Craigslist for $120. We decided that would be the TOTAL budget, so we really gave ourselves a challenge!
Since we are working with a VERY limited budget, we decided to keep her furniture we already had and paint it. Then we would sew our own curtains and pillows to save money.
At the beginning of this week, we painted her furniture this LOVELY green tone.
Then we stenciled the front with Pink, and Nikki did something REALLY cool to the top of the dresser, which we cant reveal yet! (which is linked to HINT #1!!!)
So here are photos from the furniture re-do! :)

Summer Already?! Sweet Serenity....NOT!!!!

We're Back!! Have you missed us?!?!

The Gazza Girls have been SO busy with life that we have neglected our blog for a few weeks! Please don't be mad!! hehe

We have been cooking up some AWESOME things! We cant wait to share everything!

But lets talk about whats been going on and why we haven't been here....

first, we have been working on the house and getting it ready to go on the market. This house is getting old, so it has a lot of work that needs to be done. We are giving the kitchen a complete makeover, painting the ENTIRE house, getting furniture ready to be staged, making art, printing photos, decorating for a sell............you name it, we're doing it! We are also doing the landscaping in the front and back yards! Yuck!

Nikki has been working hard because her photography has recently boomed and she is gone on a shoot almost every day! Thats awesome, but very time consuming! But we're not complaining AT ALL!!!

And Terry has been keeping the family together, making sure everyone is where they need to be when they need to be there! Shes such an awesome lady! ;) (we think we will keep her! hehe)

But coming up in the next few weeks, we have some BIG and I mean BBBBBBBIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGG news about the Ragazza Bella Brand, we also have a SUPER cool Taste Test Tuesday, and fun Tip your Tiara, and so much more!

But for now, we have a new song to listen to, so sit back, relax, and stay tuned! ;)

Moving Forward.........

Its that time of year.....graduations, recitals, summer vacation.....we just never thought they would all come in the same week for our family!

Lagan officially graduated from Pre-K this week and is going to be a kindergartner come August! *sigh* Our baby is growing up!

Then comes the dance recital! What a beautiful dancer she was! We had front row seats to the event of the year! hehe She did wonderfully!

And now its summer vacation and she is finishing her last summer at day care. She is going to have to say goodbye to the teachers she has had for two years and move to a new school! Its going to be quite a change!

But the family is preparing for the "Big Change", and Nikki is trying to hold back the tears! We all actually made it through graduation and the recital with out them! We just might make it!

Yeah, the Gazza's are crazy!! lol

1. I was a ballet dancer for 10 years.
2. I was single for 14 years after my husband died, until I met my husband I'm married to now.
3. When I was a kid, my parents owned some apts. and members of Aerosmith band rented one from them.
4. I've met 2 presidents in person, Nixon and Johnson.
5. As a child I was fluent in spanish, but now "no habla espanol" lol
6. I've never been admitted to a hospital, except when I had my 2 children.
7. My biggest dream is to move to New York!!!

Taste Test Tuesday: Dark Chocolate Edition!

You read it right, its Dark Chocolate day at Taste Test Tuesday!! YUMMMM!!! Not only is Dark Chocolate super yummy, but its good for your heart! And a little chocolate never hurt anyone, right?!

So this is a long addition because we had to sample every type of dark chocolate there was at the store!! So hold on, its going to be a fun ride.........

First up is Godiva's new product, a chocolate drink called Belgian Blends! We decided to try the "Dark chocolate Mocha". This drink has a VERY strong espresso flavor, topped off with silky dark chocolate! REALLY good!!

The second drink...Hersheys Dark Chocolate Syrup. This chocolate syrup wasn't so good in our opinion. The aftertaste is not very pleasant....we say stick to the original!

Moving on to candy bars!!!

Dove brand Dark Chocolate: smooth finish, very dark flavor! A+

Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate: great little squares to have on hand! Light flavor. A++

Dark Chocolate KitKats (limited edition): Little sharper than a regular kitkat, but good none the less! B+

Dark Chocolate Reeses (limited edition): What can we say, its dark chocolate and peanut butter....does it get any better?! A+

Dark Chocolate Snickers (limited edition): WOW! like dark chocolate heaven wrapped around a snickers! A++

Dark Chocolate M&M's: the perfect improvement on an M&M! A-

Hersheys Special Dark Kisses: a good simi-sweet flavor. Great for on the go chocolate fix! A

Hersheys Special Dark Bars: wonderful to have a piece to just melt in your mouth! B+

Hersheys EXTRA dark: I have no more words! hehehe True Dark Chocolate, the way it was ment to be! A+++++

OH MY HECK! Its Taste Test Tuesday!!!

That's right! Taste Test Tuesday is here again! We had to skip last week, as we were too tired from our trip to Utah! (And were too busy getting pictures ready for here too!) So we decided to dedicate Taste Test Tuesday this week to UTAH JELLO! That's right! Utah Jello! Jello is the official snack of Utah, and we got our own personal box to bring home and try! Now, this isn't just any regular, run-of-the-mill, boring, wiggly Jello! Oh No! This is Utah Green Jello complete with pineapple, cheese (YES, cheese!) and whipped cream! (Don't worry, We will include the recipe! You KNOW you wanna try it!!! hehe)

So here is a photo journal of our day making "Utah Jello"

It really is good despite its strange look! The only thing we found "off" was the texture. The cheese tends to harden slightly and makes you want to spit it out! lol Not because of taste, but solely on texture! (we are BIG texture eaters!)

So on a scale of 1 to 10, Terry gives it a 7 and Nikki gives it a 3 (its the texture, I swear! lol)
Really to Wiggle with a little J-E-L-L-O?! Here is the "Official" recipe for Utah Jello!!!

1 Cup water (for boiling)
1 cup cold water
1 (6oz) pkg of lime Jell-o
1 cup crushed pineapple
2 cups whipped cream
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese

Bring 1 cup water to a boil and add to jello.
Stir in 1 cup cold water
stir in pineapple and cheese
refrigerate till ready to eat

AND!!! Remember to keep singing the song the whole time your cooking! HEHE

What an amazing weekend! We are back from SLC and the Boutique Cafe girls getaway weekend (see previous posts). The weekend was filled with meeting our friends from the BC Forum Boards, a Conference featuring Amelia, the resident Hot Mom, Charlene May, owner/founder of Greggy Girl, and Carrie Miner, owner of Puddle Jumpers Shoes.

Some of the details we cant share, lets just say, what happens in Utah, stays in Utah!

But what we can share, we did in Pictures! But first we wanted to send out a few thank you's

Ok, so I know it sounds like a farse, but its not! I know that most moms have a hard time getting ready in the morning and want a fresh natural look in less than 5 min.

Well, I watched a show from Tyra Banks a few months ago, and it popped up in a search earlier today. It was all about how to apply your makeup in less than 5 minutes!!! How awesome is that? Now, before I share the video, let me tell you everything that you will need to do this......

--Conceler (from a pot or a stick)

--Foundation (from a stick or a compact)

--Loose Powder: 2 shades, 1 in your natural skin shade, and one that is 2 shades too light for you!

--Blush in a natural tone

--Medium Brown Eyeshadow (yes, everyone can wear brown!)

--Mascara

--Lipstick in a natural shade close to your lips

--White Eyeliner

Tools that you will need:

--Triangle Sponges

--Powder Brush

YAY! Its finally here! Taste Test Tuesday!! We are so excited to do a product review pertaining to food! Its our love and passion! ;)

So this week we tasted the New product from Coke, Diet Coke Plus. This new product is just one out of the SEVEN different kinds of Diet Coke! So why pick diet coke plus you ask? Well, Diet Coke Plus tastes just like diet coke, but each 8 oz serving provides 15% of your daily value for Niacin and Vitamins B6 and B12, as well as 10% for Zink and Magnesium.

Sweet! A Diet Coke that's good for you!!! I think my world just flipped upside down! How cool is that?

Ok, so we know its Sunday, but we realised that we had been blogging a lot about food lately! So, it occurred to us that it would be natural to have a regular blog post about food!

It just made sense because we are both huge foodies, and with Nikki's culinary background....lets just say, we know our stuff when it comes to food! hehe

So here's the deal.....every Tuesday, we will test a new food product. But there are guidelines....the foods must be available at a regular grocery store, be less than $10 per item, and not contain alcohol or any other age-restricted substance. Easy enough right?

Oh, and the best part?! Our blog readers can give us suggestions! Have you ever seen something in the store and thought "Hmmmm....I wonder if thats any good?" But passed it up? Well, here is your chance to have two total food experts try and tell you all about the product!!

Every week we will post the product and who chose it (or if we chose that week) and what we think. We will judge Food or food products on a scale of 1 to 10. Who knows? You might just find a new "must-have" item at the store!

Friday the 13th!

Dum Dum Dummmmm.........(insert the theme to Jason here! lol). Yep Folks, it that's time again, Friday the 13th! Now I'm not superstitious and I don't believe in Luck, so this day doesn't really mean much to me! But I do love those movies!! lol

All Friday the 13th is to me is another day (or the 10th day anniversary of my birthday! lol)

So after I go to the doctor today (total coincidence, I have an ear infection! lol) I am going to come home, snuggle up to some hot coffee and watch some good old scary movies! After all, it is raining outside and I don't wanna be out in it!

So for those of you who are scared of black cats, banana peels, ladders, mirrors, and that sort of thing, Have a happy Friday the 13th!

Hey Everybody, I'm Terry, and the other half of RBcouture. This is my very first post on our blog, I'm so excited!! And I will be posting on here regularly now!!!

In light of our trip to SLC and it being sponsored by Fiji water I thought i may have to choke down alot of water, but I have found the most amazing thing ever!!

Crystal Light has made a way to take water from "plain to pumped" with their new flavor packets. These little 1.1 ounce bags of joy have an incredible punch of flavor that is irresistible!! They are small enough to fit into the pockets of your jeans. Yet pack enough flavor for a whole gallon of water.

No, Im not gonna burst into song! lol
I just thought I would share some of my favorite things! Sitting here at my computer, bored, and blogging (BAD combo for late night munchies! lol) has brought my attention to the most amazing chips I have ever eaten!!

I LOVE to get cracked pepper chips and douse them in dill pickel juice! lol I know, Im weired! well, I came upon something at the store that changed my life today! Lay's Dill Pickel Potato Chips! All I have to do is crack some pepper into the bag and give it a good shake, and MAN its some good eatin'!

Next is my coffee! I acutally think its the creamer that makes it good! I LOVE coffee creamer! I love to try all the new seasonal flavors! I dont get hooked really easily, so its easy for me to swich to a new flavor! My two top picks right now are the Spring Flavors from International Delight! They are: Cinnamon Caramel Custard and Almond Vanilla Parfait. Both AWESOME! I also love the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut (also seasonal). Very nutty and smooth! I am also looking at some from Coffeemate in Coconut Crème and Vanilla Chai Spice! YUM!

And finally....whats a cracker without laughing cow cheese? These are awesome on black pepper triscuts! (are you seeing a trend here with the pepper thing? lol). And did I mention, They are HEALTHY?!?!?! Amazing, I know! lol

Traveling in style

I often find that when traveling its really hard to find my luggage among all the other black bags in the airport! Well, while I save up for my Louis Vuitton bags (lol) I think these will do!

Nothing says "GET YOUR HANDS OFF MY LUGGAGE" like a nice colorful tag that tells you just that! lol

These disposable luggage tags are perfect for the traveling in style woman! I only wish I had found them sooner since I will be traveling soon!!! Oh well! Im sure they are great anyway! hehe

I thought I would bring something to everyone's attention. I know this post is long, but f you have kids, PLEASE READ!!!

Recently, a very serious problem has been brought to my attention

It is a very heinous website called www.puellula.com.

This website is a safe haven for pedophiles. The heading on their main page reads,

"A Celebration of the Splendor of Little Girls".

This website includes links to pictures, or "art" as they call it, of little girls,

confessional blogs, a directory of resources for pedophiles

(for "both boylovers and girl lovers, as well as anybody else looking for information about pedophilia and consensual child love"), as well as many other links. This site has a manifesto, stating demands to the government to legalize pedophilia.The most disturbing, though, is a link to a page title Sugar and Spice that is specifically for little girls who have "fallen in love" with a pedophile. This site is set up to draw in little girls. It looks like any other fun little girly page. It tells girls that it is okay to be "in love" with an adult, and it is okay to have sex with an adult. A quote from the page: "Remember that information helps you to make the choices that are right for YOU. Don’t let other people think for you, YOU know yourself better than anybody else, so YOU should be the one to decide whom to love and how to use your mind and your body." It has a questions and answers section, downloads, and a page to links for more information.If this information doesn't turn your stomach, hopefully what I'm about to say will. This website claims to be legal. There is even a link on their webpage to report them to authorities. Here is a quote from that page: "Are you outraged by what you have just been reading? Do you think that sites like this should be banned? Do you think that, despite the fact that there is nothing illegal on this site whatsoever, its creators should be locked up? Do you support severely curtailing the constitutionally guaranteed right to freedom of speech and the suspension of civil rights in the execution of draconian laws against law-abiding citizens whose worldview happens to be different than yours? If so, you are in good company! This site has already been reported numerous times to a number of law enforcement organizations including the FBI, the RCMP and Interpol. If you are undeterred by the fact that this site is already well-known within the law enforcement community and that it is in no way illegal, and you still want to do your civic duty and exercise your freedom of speech by denouncing the free speech of another citizen, let us help you. Here we have compiled a list of contacts for a number of law enforcement bodies that you might wish to contact. We have even included a form that will allow you to contact several of these agencies at once!"

People, I need your help. I am asking you to do at least one of a few things:

1) Please repost this bulletin. Maybe with the wide circulation that myspace provides, we can raise awareness, initiate outrage, and get this thing shut down. We fill out and pass on surveys, poems about killing pit bulls, etc. Don't you think this warrants the same kind of attention?

2) Report this site to cybertipline.com, and sign the petition at http://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/493662088?ltl=1174125902 . You can sign this as "anonymous" if you wish.

3) Make your local authorities aware of this website. Several moms on cafemom have alerted their local authorities and many have been very interested and grateful for the heads-up.

4) Contact your congressman and senator. Another disturbing fact about this site is, at the bottom of their page, they openly support Barack Obama for the presidential election. I am sure Mr. Obama would be very displeased to know of this, therefore I, as well as other moms, have already brought this to his attention. If we can get other senators and congressmen in the know, it very well could initiate talk and possibly action by our government.

5) Send this bulletin, or write your own, to your local media. Just as moms have caught the interest of their local authorities, they have also done so with their local news. Several moms have reported back that their news has hopped on board with this and followed up with research and interviews. This way parents without the resources we have with the internet and myspace can be made aware of this.

6) If the information that I have provided doesn't affect you to your core, then please go to this site so you can see for yourself what we are dealing with here. I guarantee you will be disgusted as much as I. Again, I am asking for your help with this. If you have a daughter or son, a little sister or brother, niece or nephew, or even just know a child, then you are affected by this. These people are preying on these children. They say that this disgusting behavior is okay. It is not.If you've made it this far through this bulletin, then I thank you for your time and attention. Just by reading this, you've helped me take one more step to my mission being accomplished. Please, if nothing else, pass this on.

I cant believe its almost here!! The SLC Boutique Cafe Girls Weekend Retreat!!!

I am so excited I just can't stand it! This is going to be one of the best weekends ever! Not only do I get to meet women in person that I am not only friends with, but I admire as well. Such as Amelia from Sweet Feet Boutique, Megan from Creative Outlet Designs, and the Queen of Chat at Boutique Cafe, Sarah from Marvelous Mouse Designs...this list could go on and on, AND not to mention, Mrs. Boutique Cafe herself, Daria!!!

Not only can I not live a day without my cup of couture through pod casts, but I spend a great deal of time in the chat forums, and then on my blog talking about it! LOL

Ok, So, I know we are TOTALLY guily of this! I buy things all the time that I dont need, and I never use them! Especially fabric, beads, and embellishments! I am the WORST! We literally have 2 HUGE 50 gallon containers upstairs in the sewing room FULL of fabric that we have never used! I keep contimplating if I should sell it or not, but I know Im never going to use it!

Well, when I was checking all my friend's blog's this morning, I came upon Beki, who posted about a challange her friend Gyl told her about! April is use what you have month! And we are vowing to not buy anything new (unless its necissary, like lining for sets, clasps for jewlels, etc.).

This is SO hard for me! I think I just need to be chained to my room and not let out for the whole month! lol

So I am saying right now....I will not buy any new fabric this month! There I said it! lol Now to act on it.........................................hehe!

Wow! April already! I cant believe its here already! MY BIRTHDAY! I am turning 23!!! I have to tell you, I am like a kid in a candy store when it comes to my birthday! I think, why dread something you cant stop? lol So I just celebrate and have fun!

And for such a special occasion, I thought, why not get a really cool gift? lol So I went and bought a NEW CAR!!! I acutally got it today, so its a little early!

Can you M&M?

I don't know if you have caught on to this fascination or not? But one day as I was watching a commercial with all of these people that morphed into crazy looking M&M's! I thought it was hilarious, so I thought I would check it out! In the process of me having fun with all sorts of combinations of hair, shell color, and accessories, my 5 year old said "Mommy! I want one!!!". And then started the M&M ritual at our house! This site is fun for moms, dads, kids, even the grandparents! Its so much fun and you will be cracking up at all the possibilities! Tip Your Tiara: Issue 4

Ok, so I know we havent had one in a while, but we are finally getting our act together! hehe

The reason we haven't had a "TYT" in a while, is that we were having such a hard time deciding on who to feature! When *DING* one of our great friends, and a VERY talented designer, Lisa from "Iza Bella" came to mind. We just love Lisa and her design eye! She has some of the cutest lines available on her website (www.iza-bella.com). Her spring line, which is now available, is based off of a Spring in the Hamptons.

WHOO what a fun party! I have met so many new people!! Its awesome!

Ok, now I know everyone will be asking, how did I not know I was pregnant until I was 8.5 months along!! So let me tell you! When I was a teenager, I was a very avid dancer! I danced about 17 hours a day and was very skinny! But I shattered my growth plate in my ankle and had to stop dancing, but I kept eating everything I wanted! So I gained a ton of weight, thinking it was because I was eating bad, but really it was that on top of being Pregnant! And those of you that are dancers know that you dont get a period very often when you are that active! So thats how I didnt know! I acutally found out when I went to a check up at my OBGYN because I was feeling "Off" lol! And 2 weeks later, I had my daughter! :)

And now for TERRY!!

LIE!!!1.) I speak fluent Spanish.
TRUE!!!2.) When the UT tower shootings happened, I was only a few blocks away at the time.
TRUE!!!3.) I met President Nixon at his Innauguration in Washington DC while I was in college.

And yes, I REALLY did meet Richard Nixon and Spiro Agnew at that innauguration! :) My parents got me in because they were good friends with Lyndon Johnson!

Hey All you Bloggers! I am so excited that the ultimate blog party is here! For those of you that have no clue what Im talking about, click here to get started! 5 minutes for mom has made a wonderful venture for all bloggers to check out other's blogs, and get to know more people in the blogging community!

For those of you that have stumbled into my blog, let me tell you more about us!

Thats right, I said "US". Acutally my mom and I share this blog, because we both own a business together. So will start with me (Nikki)!

I am a work-at-home-mom, and I have one daughter who is 5! I design childrens clothing through my website (the website will be opening next week!!) , and also through ebay (im having a HUGE sample sale right now!). My hobbies include photography, which I have really only picked up in the last year. I also love to cook, my previous life was as a chef. I have a degree in culinary arts from LeCordon Bleu Paris. And once upon a time, I was a private chef to the rich and famous here in Texas! I love what I do, and hope to continue to create and rise to the top for a long time!

I have two daughters of my own, Nikki and Brittany, as well as one granddaughter, and I am also married to a firefighter, Scott! My hobbies include, checking out the latest fashion magazines, shopping for unusual fabrics, and being with my wonderful family! I was a preschool teacher in my previous life, and love that I have found a new outlet to be around children, without having to bend down so much! lol"

And now, I thought we would play a little game that I saw on my friend Sarah's Blog. Its called Truth and Lies! (I think its also in Memoires of a Geshia! MY FAVE movie!) I will put two things that are true and one that is a lie, and you get to guess which is the lie! Good Luck!!

Nikki's Truths and Lie:

1.) I didn't know I was pregnant until I was 8.5 months along.

2.) I once cooked dinner for President George W. Bush, when he was Governor of Texas.

3.) I didn't get my license until I was 20.

Terry's Truths and Lie:

1.) I speak fluent Spanish.

2.) When the UT tower shootings happened, I was only a few blocks away at the time.

3.) I met President Nixon at his Innauguration in Washington DC while I was in college.

I just had to share this Blog that my good friend Morgan shared with me! Its called The Decorated House and it is AMAZING! The Lady who owns it shows how she has redesigned her house, especially her Kitchen which I am IN LOVE with!! And since we are in the process of re-decorating our house to get it ready for sale, I am totally into anything that will give me good ideas! Her style is so like mine, very shabby chic meets French Country! Just beautiful! Check out her older posts about her hand painted rugs! They are stunning! I have always wanted to do that! Also her green dining room! The celing alone is a masterpiece! So if you are decorating, or even thinking about decorating your house, even remodeling, then check out The Decorated House!
