Good Friday

Happy Good Friday Everyone. I hope that your all enjoying the beauty of this day. We wanted to share this beautiful photo I found the other day, reminding us of such an incredible sacrifice that Jesus gave so that we could live a free life, not held by sin. He did for us what we could never do for ourselves. The unblemished lamb of God becoming the sacrifice for the sin of the past and for all eternity. Its such a wonderful gift! Remember to thank Him this day for truly saving your life! I know I will! I hope you all have a wonderfully blessed day! :)

FLAT BETTY!!!

Last week was so much fun because FLAT BETTY came to visit!
What? You haven't heard of Flat Betty? Well, head on over to her Blog after you read through this post to see what she's all about!

So, Betty's first night in Texas, she came to a traditional texas BBQ, because you just can't come to Texas and not have good BBQ!









The next day, Betty woke up and went straight to work with The Gourmet Momma. We found a awesome recipe for a Spicy ham that we will be making here for Easter! She also hopped on over to Expressive Style Graphics and helped me design more blogs, just like her's! :)

Later that afternoon, she spent some time with Brittany from "Because Britt Says So", and was gushing over how cool her Creative Outlet Skinny Scarf is!
I have to say, I MUST agree! I LOVE the orange! :)

We also had a girls party in our sewing room and stayed up sewing designs for Ragazza Bella until 2:00am! She surfed through all out new designs...!

And picked this patchwork set in the making as her favorite...

But she said she can't wait for this set to be made with Sandi Henderson's Fabric

On Saturday, Betty had a Girls Pampering Day at Libby Lu with Lagan, and had a blast! She just adored Lagan's new pink hair!

Then Betty had to share a photo op with the Gazza Girls!

We had the BEST time with Betty! Thank you so much for coming to visit us!

What a Super Beauty!!

About a month ago, we had a surge of requests for out patch worked dress called "Toscana".
Can you believe that this listing happened in December, and I am still making customs for these? I think it was a hit! hehe
But I don't mind at all. I love this dress so much!
Well, anyway, getting to the point. A wonderfully talented photographer, Michelle, of Untamed Heart Photography requested one for her beautiful daughter. So she sent me some photos of her in the dress and I just melted over them. So with her permission, I am sharing them with you!

Busy Busy Busy

Hey Everyone! WOW! We are officially terrible bloggers! lol
Everytime I go log in to Gourmet Momma to make a new post, I think that I need to update this blog, but obviously I havn't done that! lol
So I thought I would give an update for everyone!


Lagan is loving life with her missing tooth! And the one next to it is getting looser by the day! So we might have another tooth post soon! :) She just LOVES reading all the comments everyone left for her! So thank you to everyone that did that!
She decided to use her money (along with some stashed away birthday money) to buy a bratz fashion designer kit! Very cool!

We also have several designs ready to list, but we can't list yet because we are overwhelmed with custom orders and ebay orders! So they should be up in the next few weeks! :)

And if you didn't see the expressive style blog, we are patiently waiting for our new computer!
Our old computer's mother board crashed, so we had to get a new one! So it is at the shop right now getting the memory from the old computer put in the new one! I am really hoping it will be back by tomorrow so we can get back to work! This laptop is so slow, its like waiting for Christmas! lol

Toothfairy Time!

That's right! Lagan has lost her FIRST tooth!! She was so excited! The little tooth became wiggly about a week ago, and today it got VERY wiggly, so she asked mommy to pull it! EEEWWW!!! That was totally gross! But she pulled through and only cried after it came out! And now she has a lovely "window" to stick her tongue through, eat mashed potatoes through, and show off to everyone around! We're so proud! hehe

But we had to write a letter to the tooth fairy telling her not to come until TOMORROW because she wants to show her tooth to her class tomorrow! :) The tooth fairy is holding on to a crisp new $5.00 bill! :)

The best gift ever!

So, we all wake up this morning, nothing to do, just sitting around. My sister had called to say she was coming over. So when she opens the door, Lagan is all excited and runs to her shouting "Didi!!!" hehe. Well, we started talking to her and she says..."I ordered you a Christmas present and it just got here, so I want to show you...", so mom and I look at each other confused, and walk to the front door with Brittany. She opens the door, and the BEST gift ever is there!

Now, let me give you some back story as to why this is the BEST gift ever! Scott is a truck driver, so we only see him for one week every six weeks when he is taking a break! So anytime he comes home, its great! Well, we were expecting him home for Christmas, but he didn't make it back because his company didn't give him the right time off. So, we thought he would be here next week....well, he surprised us all by coming home early! He had actually come into town last night and crashed at my sister's place and she brought him home this morning!

You should have seen the look on my mom's face when she saw him standing there in the entry, like she had just seen a ghost!

It was truly the BEST present ever this year, and we couldn't be more happy to have him here for the next few days! Thank you Jesus for sending him home! And thank you to all of our friends and family that prayed he would get here soon! :)

Welcome home Scott! We love you! :)

Sneak Peaks

So as promised in the previous post, we wanted to share some sneak peaks at whats to come for the spring line of Ragazza Bella.

Well, first, this is something we have never done before. Our models from our 2007 line will be Incorporated with our models for 2008 for our Spring line! That means that you will be seeing some new faces, as well as some familiar ones all during spring! :) We also will have some special sets made and modeled by our new group of models for our retail store line......Whoops...did I say that out loud?! :) More on that later...........

So I know we mentioned these two incredible launches we are doing this month, and we couldn't be more pleased to be with such wonderful people with such awesome talent and fun launches!

The first launch we will be doing is with the girls of Dolly Lane! This is an Easter launch that will start on the 14th! :) Check out our sneak peak...yeah! that's all you get! :)

And our second launch will be with the Amazing girls of Vende Mia! We could not be more excited or honored to be launching with this group of ladies! :)

This launch will be on the 22nd!

2008

Yay! We made it to 2008! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

We are so excited about this year and have already started on the newest designs for RBcouture and Ragazza Bebe! What a crazy year 2007 was...we hope 2008 brings just as much joy!

There is so much in the works over here, so you better not blink, or you will miss it! :)

First, we have TWO...that's right, two launches in January! The sneak peaks will be added on here in a minute! We also have new sets on the way to the models, lots of exciting news about the RB brand, and much, much more!

it seems like nothing has been getting done around our house though because we are re-decorating to sell it! Doesn't that seem so odd? You have to completely re-decorate your house to sell it! lol Take down all the photos and add art, repaint, add new furniture, take out the old, etc. It's just total madness! But its finally starting to come together and we rather like it!

So we hope everyone had a great new year, and that this year blesses you and your families as much as it already has blessed ours! :)
